1. How to use gummies?
Take 1 to 2 gummies about 30 minutes before bedtime . They are formulated with melatonin, valerian, and passionflower to promote sleep and relaxation. Follow the recommended dose and avoid combining them with other sleep aids.
2. Are gummies suitable for everyone?
Our gummies are for adults only. They are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women . If you are taking any medication or are allergic, consult your doctor before use.
3. What are the delivery times and costs?
Shipping is free for all orders. Packages typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days . You will receive a tracking email to track your order in real time.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are only possible before shipping . Please contact our customer service team promptly for any requests.
5. What is your return and refund policy?
For hygiene reasons, opened or started products cannot be returned . For unopened products, you have 14 days to request an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
